OA16-03 & RZ16-01 Revised Floodplain Regulations


These Town-initiated applications would: (1) amend the Purcellville Zoning Ordinance to adopt a new Flood Insurance Study (FIS), new Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM), and revised floodplain regulations, and (2) amend Purcellville’s Official Zoning Map to revise the existing boundaries of the Floodplain (Overlay) District to conform to the updated FIS and FIRM.  Click this link to view the files for these applications.
